Cameron is the Executive Managing Director & Designated Broker for The Mercer Company. He oversees the firm’s brokerage operations, business development, and overall strategic direction, ensuring a client-focused approach across all facets of the company.

He brings over 15 years of experience in all aspects of sales, financing, property management, new project development, planning receiverships, and redevelopment of all product types.

His brokerage focus is on new and existing apartment properties, development, and land acquisitions in Arizona, Oregon and SW Washington.

He knows that every deal is unique and uses a personalized plan to each opportunity. With his successful background in creating value through operations and brokerage, he is recognized as an industry leader in the commercial real estate industry.

Cameron was fortunate to grow up in both Oregon and Arizona, giving him a unique perspective on the strengths, opportunities, and communities within each state. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors, staying active through sports, and spending time with his family.
